The app ‘WonderStree’ has already made its foray into the market. Here’s an account of how a simple idea sprouted to become a well-branched startup venture.
An entrepreneurial venture app WonderStree by WeSchool Alumni Yasho Vardhan Bansal, 2013-2015 Batch
WonderStree was started by Yasho Vardhan Bansal, a young guy from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. As it is said, ideas can come in from anywhere and at any time; same is the case with Yasho, the idea popped up when he saw his granny making pickle at home. He immediately felt the need of doing something for the society; not only did he consider this idea for his granny, but also took into account the number of ladies who can work and earn from home. It is a big task to reach out to the audience for offering services and that too at affordable prices. Also, he saw that there were many ladies who are offering professional services like dance, Doctor, CA, lawyer, architect and self-defence tutors who work from home but lacked marketing skills. This led him to launch WonderStree.
