I came to know about the PGDM- Rural Management program at WeSchool  from a newspaper advertisement and  attended the seminar in where I could listen  to Prof. Anuja Agrawal, Dr. G, and Prof. Vijayan about the various opportunities, I would be presented in this course.

I have done B.M.S. (Bachelor of Management Studies)  as I wanted to become a successful corporate manager who could also make a difference in social issues. With this view, I opted for PGDM- Rural Management course, as, this course offered a perfect blend of  management education with a rural outlook and it gave me an opportunity to study rural policies. The USP of the course is that, this course not only gives you the training to become a management professional but also makes you to think about the unexplored world of unlimited opportunities in rural sector. While doing the course I was dreaming about my career whereby I can secure a good corporate position at the same time I can contribute to social sector especially to the issue of financial inclusion.

During the course I have done some major projects like GCL Project – HR improvisation in Rural Hospitals,Summer Internship Post Disbursement Audit Survey for PSL by Yes Bank Ltd and Winter Internship: Analysis of stocks in Telecom Sector with CITI group.

Opting for PGDM- Rural Management course was one of the life changing decisions for me, as my thought process has changed and  become more human centric. In future, I want to use the most of what I learnt here to make my future bright and I would definitely recommend this career  to other students.
