Management Development Program (MDP)

for

Mahindra & Mahindra Nasik – Automotive and Farm Equipment Sectors (M&M-AFS)

Convocation ceremony of the 10th Batch  of PGPMS for Mahindra &Mahindra at WeSchool

Weschool has partnered with M&M-AFS since 1999 when the first batch of the MDP was specially designed and launched for them. Since then, 13 batches of the program have been successfully run at Mumbai, along with10 batches at Nashik and 2 batches at Zaheerabad (A.P.).

The objectives of this exciting executive education program are-                                 

• Build management concepts & theory.
• Broaden perspectives
• Application of Learning at Workplace
• Equipping you for higher managerial responsibilities
• Overall development of personality

Projects carried out at workplaces at the end the program by participants yielded Rs. 8-9 cr. recurring cost savings along with other intangibles such as saving in productive space, reduction of lead-time, warranty and rework/rectification costs.

Feedback elicited by M&M-AFS from the participants on various parameters such as achievement of program objectives, content, teaching methodology/faculty, employee development showed that 97% agreed. Similarly, over 97% of their superiors reported satisfaction on various parameters such as achievement of program objectives, broadening of participants’ perspective, application of learning etc. This feedback demonstrates the success of the learning partnership between M&M-AFS and weschool.
